True Health Ayurveda - Return & Refund Policy

At True Health Ayurveda, we are committed to ensuring a seamless return and refund process for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy with the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Consumable items (e.g., powders, capsules, or liquids) are eligible for return only if the seal is intact.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Any freebies or promotional items received with the product must also be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.

4. Notes on Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Deduction: For all prepaid orders, a shipment fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Exchange Fee: Exchanges will incur a Rs. 100 exchange fee to cover shipment and processing costs.

  • Exchanged Products Policy: Exchanged products are not eligible for the 14-day return policy, and refunds will not be applicable if the customer wishes to return an exchanged product.

5. Order Cancellation & Partial COD Policy

  • Partial COD Orders: If an order is placed with a partial online payment and the remaining amount is due at the time of physical delivery, the following conditions apply:

    • If the customer cancels the order after shipment has been generated, the collected partial COD payment will not be refunded.

    • If the customer refuses to accept delivery, the collected partial COD payment remains non-refundable.

    • If the order is canceled before shipment pickup, the collected payment will be refunded after deducting any applicable processing fees.

6. Return Pickup Process

  • After the return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup for your product.

  • A packing slip will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

  • The customer is required to:

    • Print the packing slip.

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging or any suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.

    • Attach the packing slip to the package.

7. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is picked up, received, and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit (if preferred).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled after shipment generation or refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund of the collected partial COD payment.
